Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• This gift certificate is valid only at the Library of Stuff CIC.
• The gift certificate is non-transferable and cannot be sold or resold.

2. Redemption:

• The gift certificate must be presented in person at the Library of Stuff CIC to be redeemed.
• The gift certificate is valid for one-time use only.
• The gift certificate may be redeemed for the purchase of a membership or for borrowing items from the Library of Stuff CIC.

3. Value:

• The gift certificate has a value on the face of the certificate
• Any unused portion of the gift certificate will not be refunded.

4. Restrictions:

• The gift certificate cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other gift certificates.
• The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The gift certificate is not valid for any other services or products offered by the Library of Stuff CIC.
• The gift certificate is void if altered or tampered with.

5. Loss or Theft:

• The Library of Stuff CIC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

6. Expiration:

• The gift certificate expiry in on the face of the certificate

7. Modifications:

• The Library of Stuff CIC reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Library of Stuff CIC website or at the Library of Stuff CIC.  

8. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK
